Art of Fighting 3

SNK's 1996 Neo Geo fighter subtitled The Path of the Warrior is the third entry in the Art of Fighting series. The action shifts to Glasshill, a sun-baked Mexican border town, with Kyokugenryu practitioner Robert Garcia taking the lead as he searches for his missing childhood friend Freia while becoming entangled in the mad experiments of alchemist Wyler. The game abandons the spirit gauge and power gauge of its predecessors, instead introducing extensive motion-captured transition frames; clothing and skin tear realistically at the point of impact. Each character features unique grab-technique branches and stance shifts at varying ranges, pushing the series into a new visual and mechanical era.
