Bonk's Adventure

Originally a flagship platformer on the PC Engine, Bonk's Adventure was later ported to the NES. Players control Bonk, a prehistoric caveman whose cartoonishly oversized head doubles as his primary weapon, headbutting enemies through jungles, caves, and other primeval settings. The game is appreciated for its vivid colors, responsive platforming, and imaginatively layered level design.
