Darkseed

An unofficial FC port of the classic DOS/Amiga point-and-click adventure Darkseed, produced by Mars Production around 2001–2002. Players assume the role of Mike Dawson, who moves into a new house only to discover it is connected to a sinister parallel universe. With an alien embryo implanted in his brain, he must solve puzzles against the clock to prevent the creature from being born. Hardware limitations required substantial visual simplification and some scene cuts, but the core puzzle-adventure structure of the original is preserved, and save functionality is supported.
