Love Hina Advance: Shukufuku no Kane wa Naru Kana

Developed by Marvelous in 2001 for the Game Boy Advance, this romance adventure game adapts Ken Akamatsu's manga Love Hina. Keitaro Urashima, a twice-failed University of Tokyo applicant, inherits his aunt's hot spring inn Hinata-sou and moves in alongside five young women. Playing as Keitaro across two in-game months, the player navigates daily inn and school life through dialogue choices, calendar scheduling, and gift-giving to court heroines Naru Narusegawa, Motoko Aoyama, Shinobu Maehara, Kaolla Su, and Mutsumi Otohime. Every route culminates in a Christmas Eve confession. Blending raising-simulation mechanics with visual novel gameplay and generous original artwork, it is a faithful and fan-pleasing adaptation.
