Robo Warrior

Robo Warrior — known in Japan as Bomber King — is a 1988 top-down action game by Hudson for the NES. Players control the robot warrior Zaguuto, who descends to the alien planet Alteil to combat an army of mechanical invaders. Bombs serve as the primary weapon, blending bomb-placement strategy with real-time shooting. Collecting energy crystals scattered across each stage powers up Zaguuto's arsenal. Players must fight through multiple stages and ultimately confront the final boss XEKHAN to liberate Alteil — a challenging mission that rewards careful resource management and precise action.
