Saint Seiya - Ougon Densetsu Kanketsu Hen

Saint Seiya: Ougon Densetsu Kanketsu Hen is a Famicom action game published by Bandai in 1988 and the direct sequel to Saint Seiya: Ougon Densetsu. Picking up from the anime's Sanctuary arc, the game sends players and their Bronze Saints charging through the twelve Houses of the Zodiac, facing each of the twelve Gold Saints in turn before the climactic battle to rescue the goddess Athena. Gameplay revolves around side-scrolling action combat combined with a Cloth power-up system, letting players deploy different Bronze Saints suited to each opponent. Its faithful recreation of iconic anime moments and its rousing battle sequences made it one of the most celebrated Saint Seiya titles in the Famicom library.
