Super Mario Advance

Super Mario Advance is a GBA remake of Super Mario Bros. 2, itself adapted from the Japanese game Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic. Players choose from four characters — Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, or Toad — each with distinct abilities: Peach can hover briefly in midair, while Luigi boasts the highest jump. Core gameplay centers on uprooting vegetables and items from the ground and hurling them at enemies, across seven worlds of the dream kingdom Subcon, culminating in a final battle against the frog villain Wart. The GBA version adds full voice acting, enlarged character sprites, and a bonus Yoshi's Island-themed mini-game.
