A.B. Cop

A 1990 Sega arcade title running on the X Board hardware. Set in a near-future 21st century, players take the role of special motorcycle officer Eaglerock, pursuing highway criminals at high speed. The third-person rear-view perspective puts players in control of throttle, brakes, a machine gun, and lock-on missiles, with a countdown timer demanding that suspects be caught by ramming or firepower before time expires. Stages wind through highways, urban streets, and coastal roads, and the dedicated cabinet's hydraulic seat amplifies the sensation of a genuine high-speed pursuit.
