Age of Heroes: Silkroad 2

Developed by Taiwan's Unico Electronics in 2000, Age of Heroes: Silkroad 2 is a side-scrolling beat-em-up arcade title and the sequel to Silk Road Legend. An evil overlord has used dark sorcery to enslave the souls of seven legendary warriors, and players choose from four heroes — fighter Kai, assassin Shue, mage Shenmue, and warrior Chamuku — to battle through 25 enemy types along the Silk Road and liberate the captive champions. The game supports two-player cooperative play and features a dedicated system for selecting and activating each character's unique special skills.
