Exed Exes

Originally a 1985 Capcom arcade release and later ported to the FC, Exed Exes is a vertically scrolling shooter that pits players against relentless waves of insect-like alien enemies. Pilots must dodge dense bullet patterns while clearing the screen, and two players can team up simultaneously. Power-ups boost firepower and boss encounters demand quick reflexes. Enemies sport bizarre, colorful designs, the pace never lets up, and the whole experience crackles with the kinetic energy typical of Capcom's early shooters — making it one of the more fondly remembered vertical scrollers on the FC.
