About this game
The first Fire Emblem title on the Game Boy Advance, released by Intelligent Systems in 2002. Set on the continent of Elibe, young Roy inherits his father Eliwood's legacy and leads the Lycian League against Bern's conquering general Zephiel, ultimately confronting the awakened Fire Dragon and the destiny bound to the Sword of Seals. The game preserves the series' hallmark mechanics — weapon triangle, class advantages, and permanent death — while adding support conversations, unlockable side chapters, and the legendary weapons system. Wide-ranging maps, a substantial narrative, and a wealth of character support combinations and alternate endings make it an outstanding early GBA strategy title.
