Kid Dracula (Castlevania Anniversary Collection)

Konami's 1990 Famicom title — known in Japan as Akumajo Special: Boku Dracula-kun — is a comedic spin-off of the Castlevania series. The young Count Dracula awakens from a century-long sleep to find his alien rival Galamoth poised to steal his throne, and immediately marches out to reclaim it. Combat is built around fingertip magic blasts, and collecting treasure chests upgrades their power and gradually unlocks eight magical abilities, including fireball, bat transformation, an ice attack, and parasol gliding. Stages take a playful, cartoonish approach, and bosses lovingly parody classic Castlevania monsters. Its bright visuals and accessible pace make it one of the series' rare child-friendly entries; it was later included in multiple anniversary collections.
