Mega Man 3

Mega Man 3 is Capcom's 1990 NES release and the third installment in the Mega Man series, widely regarded as one of the platform's technical and gameplay peaks. Picking up where Mega Man 2 left off, Dr. Light and Dr. Wily jointly develop the peacekeeping robot Gamma, which is subsequently stolen, sending Mega Man back into action. The game introduces the slide move for greatly improved mobility and debuts Rush, Mega Man's loyal robot dog who transforms into a coil, a jet board, and a submarine. Eight Robot Masters stand in the way — Magnet Man, Hard Man, Top Man, Shadow Man, Spark Man, Snake Man, Gemini Man, and Needle Man — followed by rematches with four bosses from the previous game before storming Wily's fortress. The soundtrack, composed by Bun Bun and Harumi Fujita, is celebrated as one of the finest in the series.
