About this game
Developed by KSS and released in 1994 for the Super Famicom — ported from the same-named PC original — Mujintou Monogatari is a survival simulation set after a plane crash strands a group of male and female survivors on an uninhabited South Sea island. Players manage the group day by day through a calendar-driven interface, assigning tasks such as foraging, hunting, construction, and exploration while coping with food shortages, illness, typhoons, and interpersonal friction. Multiple endings are shaped by character affinity, leadership decisions, and camp preparedness, giving every playthrough real consequences. Its uncompromising pace and strong sense of on-site urgency make it one of the rarest hardcore survival-management titles on the Super Famicom.
