Ninja Cop Saizou

Ninja Cop Saizou is a 1989 Famicom side-scrolling action game developed by Kyugo. Players take the role of ninja detective Saizou, hunting down an international criminal syndicate led by a bullfighter who kidnaps children and trains them as weapons of war. Spread across five stages, Saizou can hurl shurikens and earns a new ninjutsu technique after clearing each level. The game is celebrated for its fast-paced combat and inventive boss designs. The Western release was heavily reworked and published under the title Wrath of the Black Manta.
